		<description>Three friends and I climbed the Thea Foss in Tacoma.  It  was built in 1912 and closed to traffic since 2007.  We climbed the ladders all the way to the very top, then walked across the middle section which seemed very shaky.  We did not get in trouble with the police, but probably easily could have.  Most fun I&#039;ve had in a long time.</description>
